The journalist Antoni Bassas, director and presenter of El matí de Cataluña Radio from 1995 to 2008, will present his book ¡Bon dia, son les vuit! At the Vallhonrat Auditorium. A work awarded with the Josep Pla 2018 prize. A book that combines journalism and radio, where you can see the professionals who started the program and the collaborators that elevated it to the category of unforgettable.

Antoni Bassas graduated in journalism from the UAB and made his debut at Radio Juventud with 16 years old. At 20 he joined the Joaquim Maria Puyal Catalan soccer broadcast team, on Radio Barcelona, with whom he worked for 14 seasons. He also directed and presented the matí of Catalunya Radio for more than 15 years. He also created, together with Xavier Bosch, the humor space "Alguna pregunta més?" For which he received the Ondas Award in 1997. In 2009 he became the TV3 correspondent in the United States until 2013, the year in which he joined in the newspaper Ara by the hand of its first director, Carles Capdevila.
